Adding more details to GET single payments endpoints, Webhook notifications

We will soon be adding a new property to the response of the GET single payments, GET single payment by ID, GET single payment by transaction reference number endpoints and to the payload of the Webhooks notifications.
All the Webhook notifications will include this property, except for the outgoingPaymentBooked notification type.
The new property is:
possibleActions : This property will display allowed actions on Payments and Direct Debits.
Below action will be displayed in possibleActions property, when applicable.
Reject - Rejection (Applicable for Direct Debit only)
Note: possibleActions property may include more actions in future for Payments and Direct Debits.
