We've designed these docs to help you integrate with our product and services swiftly and smoothly.
Our API documentation is split into two sections:
- The Guides serve as a tour guide for understanding our platform's capabilities. They offer insightful product explanations and practical how-to guides to get you started.
- The API Reference is your technical blueprint. It provides detailed specifications about the available endpoints, methods, request parameters, and response objects supported by our API.
A good starting point is to connect to our APIs, and to familiarise yourself with our products using the Sandbox API. Remember to check the changelog for any API updates.
Client Portal
The Client Portal is an interactive user interface where you can perform operations such as troubleshooting payment issues, monitoring your account, and running reports. You can find guides and troubleshooting resources in our dedicated Client Portal section.
Note: The BC Connect Portal is optimised for the latest versions of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. We provide support for the two most recent versions preceding the latest release.
