Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard provides a high-level view of all Pending Approvals and Outstanding Issues related to payments and transactions. This is the main hub where you can take action on approvals or resolve any issues within your payment workflows.

Note: The information and actions displayed in your Dashboard are dependent on the client setup agreed with your Relationship Manager and the permissions assigned to you by your internal Admin.

Pending Approvals and Outstanding Issues

• Pending Approvals: Displays a list of payments or transactions waiting for approval. You can expand this view to see all items, or keep it collapsed for a high-level count.
• Outstanding Issues: Shows any unresolved issues related to payments, such as rejected or declined payments, or those missing necessary funding. This section can also be expanded or collapsed.

Actions in the Dashboard

The Dashboard allows you to take several key actions directly from the screen:

• Resolve individually: Address each approval one by one. It redirects you to the Payments section for you to review and approve/decline where applicable.
• View details: Click to see more information about the payment before taking action.
  • For Bulk payments, you will be redirected to the Payments section to view a list of all relevant payments.
  • For single payments, a detailed view will be displayed directly on the screen.
• Decline/Decline Bulk: Decline a payment or multiple payments at once (bulk).
• Approve/Approve Bulk: Approve a payment or multiple payments at once (bulk).

User Permissions

The information and actions available to you on the Dashboard will depend on:

• The client setup agreed with your Relationship Manager.
• The user level permissions assigned to you by your internal Admin.
