Webhooks

Webhooks allow you to listen to events happening on your BC Connect account and trigger reactions from your system directly.

When testing webhooks in the Sandbox, refer to the main guide on Setting up webhooks however, be aware of the following:

You can use our Test endpoint which will post all the relevant endpoints associated with your webhook subscription using POST/api/v1/notificationselfservice/clienttest/{id} endpoint (here the id refers to your subscriptionId).

You should whitelist the following IP addresses:
