Infrastructure Change – Production Environment IP Address Update

Dear Client,
We would like to inform you of an upcoming infrastructure change that will impact the IP address of our Production Environment. As part of our ongoing improvements, we are changing infrastructure for Notifications/Webhooks to enhance system availability and performance.
Effective Monday 24 March 2025, the new IP addresses for the Production Environment will be:
- 20.157.111.19
- 135.236.145.9
- 135.236.144.255
- 20.157.115.2
- 135.236.66.216
- 135.236.67.38
If your systems have firewall rules or allow lists based on the current IP, please add the above to the list before the effective date to ensure uninterrupted access.
