Infrastructure Change – Sandbox Environment IP Address Update

Dear Client,

We would like to inform you of an upcoming infrastructure change that will impact the IP address of our Sandbox Environment. As part of our ongoing improvements, we are changing infrastructure for Notifications/Webhooks to enhance system availability and performance.

Effective Friday 14 February 2025, the new IP addresses for the Sandbox Environment will be:

North Europe:
1.neu-frwl-paloalto-vm-02 pip - 52.156.253.199
2.neu-frwl-paloalto-vm-01 pip - 52.156.253.140

West Europe:
1.weu-frwl-dtu-vm-01 pip - 135.236.114.55
2.weu-frwl-dtu-vm-02 pip - 135.236.114.124

If your systems have firewall rules or allowlists based on the current IP, please update them accordingly before the effective date to ensure uninterrupted access.
