New: Modify Customer Details on Active Virtual Accounts

You can now update customer information on active Virtual Accounts on a self-service basis through the Modify customer details endpoint.

This allows modifications to existing customer details, including name, address, and beneficial owners, while maintaining auditability and compliance.

Note that each modification requires a reasonCode (e.g., name change, address update, ownership change), and modification are limited to two per year, where each field change counts as one modification.
